| Adams Industrial RR (AIRR) is running the northwestern part of the old Big Sioux Army Depot, which was formerly operated by Sidney & Lowe (SLGG). AIRR interchanges with SLGG, has designated yard limits, and serves multiple industries, along with storing cars and transloading. However, AIRR isn’t a common carrier, but rather a contract carrier. 5105 has the non-AAR reporting marks AIRR on its cab. I was there looking for their Alco S6, which was nowhere to be seen, but this early NW2 is pretty rare itself. |
