| Mann. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken near Paxinos, Pennsylvania, on 7 November 1961. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8592, an AS-16M road switcher built by the American Locomotive Company in December of 1955 and rated at 1,600 horsepower. The photographer's name and the road number of the N-5 cabin car are not recorded. The reflective sign above the telephone box reads "WEIGH SCALES." (Gift from Brad Mann.) |
