| CN 5439 gets back underway after having met Amtrak a few minutes prior. At the time of this photo CN had recently purchased many GMTX SD60's that were once part of the Oakway lease fleet that spent many years on lease exclusively to Burlington Northern and used mainly in the Powder River Basin lugging coal trains though some would occasionally break free into intermodal and manifest freight service. In its new CN paint the 5439 seems right at home lugging a slop freight through the flat Mississippi Delta. |
