| HLCX 1070, operated by FV&LS (or FOXY), rests on former CN rails along N. Quincy St. at Green Bay, WI, on 23 Oct. '22. I noticed this locomotive as soon as I turned onto N. Quincy St. I thought I would finally get to watch the FV&LS (or FOXY) operate in Green Bay. Sadly, it was not to be. |
