| Looks like this little switcher may have reached the end of the line in the storage/scrap line at the Bensenville, IL, yard. Built by the Milwaukee Road Shops sometime between 1903-13, it was of service for nearly 30-40 years. The original number was chag`d in 1938 to one in the 1400 series. Original specs - class I5-a, 51" drivers, 19x26" cylinders, 180 psi boiler pressure. This is an R. Donald Ross photo. |
