| I sat in Elgin for about an hour and a half with nothing happening. Crews go OD out of Celina around 7 AM, but it was obvious no one was going to show up here. I did begin hearing crackles over the RJC frequency though, so I knew something must be happening in Celina today. Sure enough, as I got into town, I found WL30 heading east with both engines bracketing two box cars. I set up my first shot by the bracket signal at Villa Nova. |
