Are these specialized Cats built this way at the factory, or are they reconvigured by R. J. Corman Derailment Services?

I really don't know. They appear similar to pipe layers that have had some modiciations and the ones I have seen that Hulcher has are a little different and they all have been older models. I am sure the cutting torch sets have been added.
