Ahh,yes,i remember when this part of the line was still open! CSX ran it till about 1996-97,and began tarring it up! It went from the Amtrak photos,in a wye,that served a depot.(where a parking lot is),to the Winter Haven City/county repair center,and stopped for(the middle portion was already ripped up from finally being let go in 1990,while the last half to SCotty's(gone now too)is/was Florida Midland's

Now that I re-look at this photo again,this ex-customer still has the ex-ACL siding intact! But, the area's changed since this photo back in 2006. The city recently decided to clean up the area to make way for a new route for US17-92 to go through, and as a result, ALL but that remians of the EX-ACL through there's gone but this siding( very close to US17-92)!
