PRSL Locomotive Roster, Page 58, 1941 |
Description: |
Here is page three of a four-page article entitled "Locomotives: Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines." It was published originally in the December 1941 issue of "Railroad" magazine, page 58. Photo Caption: "Today, B6sb engines are doing the terminal work once assigned to switchers like the 6052." Engine #6052 is a B-8A (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata as PRR number "201" during 1908, renumbered PRSL "6052" in August of 1915, and retired in 1937 after 29 years of faithful service. Notable here is a strip map depicting the PRSL's various routes. |
