Description:  Here is a photo by William E. Grant that was taken in Wilmington, Delaware, on 29 April 1951. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4250, an I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapod" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an I-1S during June of 1923, rebuilt in Juniata as an I-1SA in September of 1943, and retired in March of 1953 after 30 years of faithful service. Description:  Here is an original photo by Douglas C. Jones that was taken from the 17th Street Bridge in the Juniata section of Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1953. Parked in front of the southwestern face of the Pennsylvania Railroad's East Altoona Roundhouse is engine #4250, an I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapod" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an I-1S during June of 1923, rebuilt in Juniata as an I-1SA in September of 1943, and retired in March of 1953 after 30 years of faithful service. Visible at the left is the access ramp connecting the Bridge with the Roundhouse.
