Built by Baldwin as Atlantic Coast Line 2-10-2 #2016 (serial #58876) in December of 1925, it served for 26 years before being handed over to the rr brokerage firm of Georgia Car & Loco for the sale to Chicago & Illinois Midland on 1/4/1951, The CIM christened it as CIM #705 on its roster where it remained for four more years before being retired and scrapped in December of 1955. Specs - H-2 class, 63" drivers, 210 psi boiler pressure, 30x32" cylinders, engine weight of 391,980 lb and tractive effort of 81,600 lb. An unknown photographer took the photo. |

Built by Baldwin in 1925-26 as ACL 705, it was purchased by the CIM in 1951 to fill a power shortage on the line. The H-2 class Santa Fe-type loco was renumbered to #755 later in 1952 and served until being scrapped in 1955. No photographer ilisted. |
