Byerly. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly that was taken in Cincinnati, Ohio, c. 1967. The photographer is not identified. Photo Caption: "FM H10-44 #8233, 1000-hp, at Cincinnati, O." Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8233, an FS-10 built by Fairbanks-Morse as number "9288" in March of 1949, rated at 1,000 horsepower, and renumbered "8233" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Diesels On The Pennsylvania" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (819-6).
