| One night on our way west we smacked a car here. The drawbar penetrated the passenger door. The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, had slid across the bench seat and sustained 8 broken ribs. He would recover. The twist was that his wife and baby daughter were in the car behind him, trying to get his attention because she saw us coming. You can imagine what could have happened. |
