WCRL 6499
One of two locomotives on the West Chester's roster with B&O heritage, this GP-9 was constructed in 1956 and served it original owner until the 1980s. After a period on the Ohio Central, the locomotive came to the West Chester and was repainted into a Pennsylvania Railroad paint scheme for a few years before restoration to its current look. The locomotive has recently been refurbished to provide many more years of service for the railroad.
