From bottom/West to top/East, eleven items are of interest here. #1: ALTO Tower, its signal bridge, and the Hollidaysburg Branch line at the right. #2: 17th Street Bridge and the PRR's Test Plant at the right. #3: PRR's Passenger Station at the left, and the 12th Street Car Shops at the right. #4: 12th Street Footbridge. #5: Steam locomotive with train passing under the 9th Street Footbridge. #6: 7th Street Bridge. #7: PRR Passenger Car Shops at the left, paralleling Chestnut Avenue. #8: 4th Street Footbridge, site of both WORKS Tower (L) and SOUTH Tower (R). #9: PRR Altoona Car Shops at the left; at the right, westbound freight trains waiting to depart and entrance to the Eastbound Receiving Yards. #10: PRR's Juniata Shops, including the Erecting & Machine Shop. #11: 8th Street Bridge in Juniata.
